Tejas Dev Team ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Yoga Rhythm mobile application (the "App"). Camera and Photo Library Data: Our App requests access to your device's camera and photo library exclusively to allow you to capture and select images for your user profile avatar and to set representative photos for your custom yoga activities. Images are stored locally on your device and securely synced to your account (if you have opted to sign in). We do not use facial recognition, sell these images, or share them with unauthorised third parties.

B. Personal and Health Information:

• Account Information: You may provide your name, age, and sex to customise your yoga experience.
• Activity Data: We track your local yoga routines, meditation statistics, and streaks so you can monitor your progress. This data is handled with strict confidentiality.
• Authentication: If you use "Sign In with Google" or "Sign In with Apple", we receive your basic profile information (such as your email address) strictly to authenticate you and sync your data across devices.

C. Usage Data: We may collect device model, operating system version, and anonymous diagnostic data to help us fix crashes and improve the app.

Data Storage and Security

• Personal metrics, routines, and usage progress are stored securely using local encrypted databases on your device.
• If you sign in, your data is securely transmitted over HTTPS and stored on our remote servers strictly for syncing your active profile across your devices.
• We employ industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information.

Third-Party Services

We may use Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In for authentication and account linking. These third parties have access to your personal data only to perform tasks connecting your account.

Children's Privacy

Our App does not purposefully collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data without verification of parental consent, please contact us.
